1. PREPARATION TIME

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.

During peak periods, this timeframe may be exceptionally extended.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

The shipping methods offered may vary depending on the content and value of the order.

Depending on the case, we may offer:

- Tracked Letter
- Colissimo
- Tracked Carrier

The delivery method is indicated during the order process.

3. ORDER PROTECTION

Collectible cards are packaged with special care.

Depending on the value and type of product, the protections used may include:

- protective sleeves
- top-loaders
- rigid protection
- cardboard reinforcements
- reinforced packaging

Our goal is to ensure reception in the best possible condition.

4. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

For tracked shipments:

A tracking number is provided when applicable.

5. DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are calculated automatically during the order process based on:

- weight
- volume
- chosen shipping method
- destination

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

OtakuSphère may offer shipping to certain countries.
