2. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations between OtakuSphère and any person making a purchase on the website.

OtakuSphère offers for sale collectible cards (TCG), sealed products, protective accessories, and related products.

3. PRODUCTS

The products offered are described as accurately as possible.

For single cards, the photographs presented correspond, unless otherwise stated, to the product actually sold.

The customer is invited to carefully review the visuals before purchasing and validating their order.

For sealed products, the visuals are presented for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in packaging may exist depending on the series or suppliers.

The condition of the cards is indicated as much as possible according to the seller's assessment. A slight variation in appreciation may exist depending on collector standards.

4. PRICES

Prices displayed are indicated in euros (€).

OtakuSphère operates under the VAT exemption scheme:

VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the CGI.

Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.

5. ORDER

Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

OtakuSphère reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, obvious stock error, or prior dispute.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are secure and can be made via the methods offered on the website at the time of order.

The order is validated after payment confirmation.

7. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order process.

Delivery times are indicative.

OtakuSphère cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any product opened, damaged, or incomplete may be refused for reimbursement.

9. REFUNDS

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made via the original payment method used during the order.

10. LIABILITY

OtakuSphère cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products sold.

11. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be favored before any legal proceedings.
